If you read blogs, send emails, surf web sites spend most of the time when you are awake on computer.


Then you are likely to develop common health problems like backache, headache or eye straining.

Health is more important than any amount of knowledge and money !!! So it should come first in your priority list. Here are some things i would suggest you to consider doing especially in your office

  • Sit Straight - It really can make a difference. Research shows that most of the back pain’s root cause is when we lean forward while using computer or writing.

  • Time to Stand – The Idea is to keep moving ! Don’t be stationary through out the day;

    Especially at work. Move around MOBILIZE yourself ! Don’t keep sitting all the time, stand for sometime to stretch.

  • Drink Plenty of Water – On an average human should drink at least 6 litres of water everyday ! Water helps in reducing toxins from the body and regulate blood circulation. So while you Google next time don’t get lost in results so much that you forget drinking water.

  • Stay away from PC for sometime: take time out for your old friends let the PC rest for one day at least once in a month if not every week.
