1. Download the video (How to download YouTube Videos)
   You would definately first would want to download the video in order to edit the sounds in it. Here is a guide to explain how to download youtube videos

2. Import the video in Windows Movie Maker
   Open Windows movie maker the video editor which comes free with Microsoft windows XP and later versions.

3. Add the video to the timeline
   Click on the video and drag the video to timeline and preview it in the player.
   

4. Now Add the song to the Audio Overlay layer in timeline
   
   

5. Change the volume of the song by right-click on the timeline and adjust the channels, keyboard short-cut for doing the same is Ctrl + U
6. Export the video in WMV format

   Go to File> Save Movie file (Keyboard shortcut= Ctrl+p)> Choose Format .wmv and save the video

7. Log onto your YouTube account and upload the video.
