Want to download your favorite videos off youtube? Here are some options:

Option 1. Check your temporary internet files folder
If you use internet explorer go to Tools> Settings > Temporary internet files > sort by size. Here you can find the FLV format video files.

Copy and paste it on your desktop. You can use an FLV player like VLC player to watch the videos.

Option 2 go to keepvid.com
Using the tool at Keepvid.com you can not only download videos from YouTube but also from other video sharing sites like Metacafe/Google video/ Vimeo/ Dailymotion etc
